Step 1 – Wash Your Face

A combination of castor oil, avocado oil, olive oil, and essential oils of your choice can help remove all the stubborn dirt effectively. Make sure you use warm water to clean the skin because that will help relax and open pores. This allows your skin to absorb all the night time creams and oils more effectively.

Step 2 – Moisturize

It is a good idea to use thicker, emollient moisturizing creams during the night. These creams will stay on the skin for the entire night and help with the repair process. They will get absorbed by the skin completely and ensure it is ready for the next day. 

There are many plant-based heavy creams available in the market today. You can follow the moisturizing cream up with essential oils for dry skin. These will penetrate the layers and help with skin repair. The best essential oils include:
